Father Palau considers that in order to exercise love of neighbor, it is important to carry out the mission of teaching, considering it as HIGH AND SUBLIME MINISTRY entrusted to our hands.
Through Catholic education, the Carmelite Missionaries “seek the integral formation of the person by directing cultural and temporal values toward their supreme vocation… We shall form the students according to the evangelical spirit of search and love for truth, so that they may commit themselves to the transformation of society.” (CM Constitutions Art. 73)
The educational institutions of the Congregation “promotes the participation of the families and the entire educational community, creating an atmosphere of dialogue, collaboration, and co-responsibility that fosters education in the faith. Our presence in the field of teaching extends to ecclesial and civil institutions and other activities whose purpose is education.” (CM Constitutions Art. 74)
